Seaweed...I’m supposed to eat this?

Spirulina and Chlorella.

Spirulina: increases energy, no carbs, no cell walls, increases alertness also, complete protein, gives the feeling a fullness and satiety. Good to take in the morning

Chlorella: used for recovery, best to intake at night time, hard cell walls that remove toxins, large amount of chlorophyll (200 times more than spinach), their pigment is fat-based which is also healthy for our cell walls because our cell walls are made of fat( helps good nutrients get in and toxins out...if toxins can’t get out of cells, cell becomes acidic which increases chance of cancer), has vitamin K2 (research more). And increases mitochondrial function. Chlorophyll is somehow identical to hemoglobin (RESEARCH!!!)
